Mussel Float Garden

The first time I saw an half mussel float I was quite amazed, never thought of that as a potential container. In my mind a float…floats in the ocean. Instead a float can be as well cut in two halves and used as a portable garden. I spent Sunday lunch time refreshing my floats and planting salad, kale, arugula and spinach for winter. The idea is being healthy and maintain a small garden through winter season ( next part of the project will be covering them, but that is more a Bear job, he doesn’t know yet…).
